• Hospitality — short-stay rooms in Birmingham city centre
• Health Care — recovery-focused lodging and logistics support for SHEDDINGTIN clients and their families

Inquiries & Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking or lease agreement. All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed directly with our team, typically via email or WhatsApp, and — where applicable — supported by a signed agreement and deposit.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Some listings show "Enquire for pricing" where current rates are confirmed directly with our team. Final pricing is always confirmed before any booking is made.

Payments & Deposits

SHEDDINGTIN provides property, hospitality, and healthcare housing-related services in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it, beyond what is set out in a signed lease, booking, or service agreement.
